The Way I See Life

I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories, both the ones spoken, and the ones quietly living beneath the surface. Long before I had language for it, I could feel the patterns moving through life: the repetitions, the turning points, the invisible threads connecting one experience to another. Over time, I came to understand that what I was sensing wasn’t just story, but something deeper — energy in motion, organizing itself into patterns, and expressing itself through the narratives we live inside of. It’s this intersection, where energy, pattern, and story meet, that continues to shape how I listen, how I see, and how I understand the unfolding of life.

How This Lives in My Work

I now integrate this way of seeing into my work as a medical intuitive, coach, Biofield Tuning practitioner, and family constellations facilitator, working with the understanding that pattern underlies everything echoed in the body, the psyche, and the relational field. I’ve long been fascinated by how this same intelligence is reflected in sacred geometry, where form, energy, and meaning reveal their underlying coherence in all of nature.

Energy, Pattern, Story

There is a way life is organizing itself beneath the surface of what we can immediately see. Not randomly, not chaotically, but through a quiet, intelligent interplay of energy, pattern, and story. Most of us are taught to understand our lives through story alone—what happened, what it meant, who we believe ourselves to be because of it. But story is only one layer. Beneath it, something more subtle is always moving.

Before there is a story, there is energy. We feel it as sensation in the body, as emotion that rises without explanation, as contraction, openness, heaviness, or charge. Energy is immediate, pre-verbal, and honest. It does not explain—it expresses. And it is always in motion, shaping our experience long before the mind makes meaning of it.

When certain energetic experiences repeat over time, they begin to organize into patterns. We might notice the same emotional reactions in different situations, the same relational dynamics with different people, or the same internal responses at moments of change or visibility. Patterns are not mistakes, they are energy, practiced. They are the body and nervous system learning what is familiar, what is expected, what begins to feel like “you.”

Over time, these patterns become stories. “I always end up here.” “This is just how I am.” “This is how life works for me.” Story gives meaning to repetition. It helps us make sense of our experience, but it can also quietly shape identity. Once a story is believed, it begins to influence what we see, how we respond, and what we expect often reinforcing the very patterns that created it.

This is the loop many of us live inside. Energy becomes pattern. Pattern becomes story. And story reinforces pattern. Life begins to feel repetitive, not because something is wrong, but because something is moving again and again without being fully seen.

Where Change Begins

Change does not begin by forcing a new outcome. It begins by noticing these layers, feeling the energy as it arises, recognizing the pattern as it repeats, and becoming aware of the story that forms around it.

In the Storyteller of the Soul® approach, this is where healing lives, not in fixing the surface, but in seeing the pattern and listening beneath it. Because when the story beneath the experience is seen and heard, truly heard, something often shifts. Energy begins to reorganize. Patterns loosen. The story softens. And in that space, something new becomes possible.

The Invitation

We are not just living a story. We are living energy in motion, patterns in formation, and a story that is still unfolding. And when we begin to sense all three at once, we are no longer fully inside the repetition, we are in relationship with it.

And that is the moment life begins to change.

Through Biofield Tuning, I use tuning forks to track these patterns in the field, following the resonance of your story as it’s held in the body and energy system, often revealing what words alone cannot access.

Through coaching, we then go deeper into this process, not only to witness and understand these patterns, but to work with them. Together, we create space for something new to emerge, uncovering the innate gifts, intelligence, and sense of purpose that have been held within those patterns all along.

This is where we begin, not by fixing, but by listening. Not by forcing change, but by tracing the story back to its energetic roots so it can shift from within.
